解説

日本語の表現は「がんばります」
が、英語では時々こんな表現でも言える：　

Wish me luck!

文字通りには・・・

wish :　願う、祈る（動詞）
この動詞を文頭におくことで「願ってね・祈ってね」のお願い口調に

wishは後ろに二つ目的語（①人、②物）をおけます
だから wish + me （人）+ luck （物）

あわせて、「幸運を祈っててね」の意。

例）
I have to pack all my shoes and clothes by tomorrow morning...wish me luck! :)
明日の朝までに靴やら服やら全部荷詰めしなくちゃ・・がんばるね～！

I need to go over all the textbook pages by this weekend - I have a big test coming up next week. Wish me luck :)
今週末までにテキスト復習しなくちゃ・・来週テストだから。がんばりまーす！
