交換留学制度

香港中文大学（CUHK）のMBAの特徴的なプログラムとして、交換留学制度（Exchange Program)がある。
以前も少しご紹介したのだけれども、他校と比較して圧倒的に提携学校数が多いため、
全世界の主要なMBAから行き先を選択できるというメリットがある

交換留学制度の出願プロセスは、1st-term終了後、1月以降に始まる。

選考基準は、

1st-termの成績（GPA）　60％

エッセイ2つ　40％

テーマは、

「どのようにExchangeが自分のキャリアにとって有用か？」

「私がこの学校にExchangeに行くことで、学校（CUHK）にどう貢献できるか？」

というもの。

入学試験の時と、"Why MBA?""Why CUHK?"と、ほぼ似ている内容ですね

全体的な傾向としては、

中国、香港studentはアメリカ、ヨーロッパを選び、

アメリカ、ヨーロッパ、アジア（韓国、日本）studentは中国の学校を選ぶという感じ

選考基準については、エッセイが40%あるものの、感覚的にはGPAでほぼ決まっている気がする

なので、競争が激しいランキングトップ校、また人気校を狙う場合には、

入学してすぐの1st-termの成績をおろそかにせず、頑張って高いGPAを取りに行くことをお勧めします
