I am taking a managerial communication class.
This class is challenging for me as an international student.
In class we made presentations, and speech.
One on the difficult parts is to notice small difference in different wording.
For example, following 2 different sentence make different impression.
"This is the question she gave us." and "She gave us this question."
They look same for me, but different for other students.
Anyway, this class is very interesting and helpful to improve my business communication skills.
"Yes, and" is the technique to encourage creative communication.
We usually use "Yes, but", but this "but" discourage others to flash various ideas.
